7mm Remington Magnum case (from Accurate Powders)
My 7mm Remington Magnum is a fine rifle. It is a Browning BBR topped with a Leupold 2.5-8X VXIII scope. The ballistics shown here were generated with 140gr Barnes XLC bullets, Winchester-Western large rifle magnum primers (WLRM), and 65.5 grains of IMR 4831. This round never produced acceptable accuracy for me (2.3" 3-shot group at 100 yds) and so I have abandoned it. While slower, the 160 gr. bullets seem to be the sweet-spot for this rifle.

Note: All velocities were measured using an Oehler model 33 Chronograph. Ballistics were calculated using Ballis-tec software.
