I would not say we are "fine food enthusiasts". To me, fine food represents something that looks too good to eat, and when you do eat it, you are too often left with a hunger that has not been satisfied.

I enjoy good food and plenty of it. I specifically enjoy rustic, savory foods followed by a satisfying dessert such as a home-made pie. To me good food such as this should not be had alone but with family. In my opinion, the only way to improve upon good food is to pair it with a wonderful wine.
